12-week parenting workshop exploring the

their own children. This workshop offers
parents the experience of being nurtured and
includes a meal at every session.
STEP- A 7-week workshop on how to
develop a better relationship with your
child/ren. Seven topics that help parents to
build the connections with their child at
every age. These skills can be effective in
all relationships. Parents are provided with
a handbook to help facilitate the process
outside of sessions.
Anger Management- A 10-week group
focusing on identifying angry behaviors,
emotional triggers and breaking the process
that leads one to the point of anger. This
is a results-oriented group and participants
will develop skills that will last them a
life time and improve their relationships
significantly.
