Many couples find themselves at an impasse and uncertain about how to move forward.  Stresses related to work, parenting, dealing with in-laws, lack of communication, illness, infertility, and infidelity are common issues that couples face these days.  Other issues include: pre-marital concerns, relationship enhancement, self esteem in marriage, conflict resolution difficulties, anxiety/depression as a result of a relationship issue, and life cycle issues.

Our therapists are trained to work with couple's issues and take care to make the therapy space a place where both partners experience's in the relationship are acknowledge.  Sessions begin with meeting both partners and generally continue in this format.  We realize in some cases both partners are not willing to participate and we encourage an initial meeting with both, but will work with individuals. However, being able to see partners interacting in session is valuable to creating change.
